I went out without panicking.
I went shopping although I don't like lots of people in one place
I ate quite healthy

I guess some people are just born with tragedy in their blood.
Sorry for language mistakes!

i thought positively

I think I'll paint roads
on my front room walls
to convince myself
that I'm going places.

[I'm talking about my life.][I can't seem to get that through to you.]
[I'm not just talking about one person,][I'm talking about everybody.]
[I'm talking about form, I'm talking about content.][I'm talking about inter-relationships.]
[I'm talking about God, the Devil, Hell, Heaven!]
[Do you understand?]
[Finally?]

because yesterday I wanted to go to the walk-in clinic like I always do to get my migraine meds (because I don't have a doc) and the triage nurse treated me like some addict or something and sent me to emerg and I almost didn't get my meds, I had to basically prove to the doctor that I wasn't a drug addict and never was, and he hardly gave me enough, just maybe for a week!
I proud of myself for not losing control and getting angry at the nurse or doc because of the way they treated me, esp the nurse!

I picked up a "day shift" at work, despite hating to work during the day... I picked up the shift so I could be there when my supervisor would be there I also confirmed my apppointment with my supervisor for Monday. (Yes, these are GOOD THINGS)...
I'm always a shade of purple...
