I went out, even if it was only to someones house. I left my comfort zone.

emailed the library about volunteering, which I've been putting off for weeks. Also arranged to meet a friend for lunch tomorrow.

this is really corny, but i'm proud of myself today for just being in a good mood all day. I had a rough weekend and I had a math test this morning that I managed to get through w/o getting discouraged

I got out of bed and made myself do things, even though I was (am) feeling shitty.

I am proud of myself for finally buying that wireless keyboard so I can sit on the couch and type, which will save my back and neck. The next step is to hook my computer up to my 50-inch TV.

I am proud of writing eleven pages of my first draft. They’re actually decent this time, I think.

Because I resisted the urge to say all I wanted to say in anger. Actually I still am resisting it. Hence the visit to bus, need distraction.
I'm also proud of myself for lookin for distraction rather than cutting or giving into anger.
