Colouring
write things down
Make to do lists
Make goals for each week
Have a bath
Read a book
wash your hair
dye your hair
make a cake
watch a dvd
shape your eyebrows
play with your pet
tidy your place
go for a work
go sit outside away from your tools
wash your clothes
play a computer game
design a tattoo
look on the internet for clothes etc
email your friends

Good idea! It is good that you have a bunch in case one doesn't work at the time. Hopefully you will look at these when you are urgy.
