I like this :) Would it help to do it on a regular basis, particularly when things aren't so great? I do it IRL and it helps me to realise that although it may feel like it, not everything is crap. Even if it's just the sun is shining or that I woke up in the morning......sometimes the small things help.

but im positive about the future... so im sure my coping
