Trouble with computer settings..

I've tried to google this, but couldnt come up with an answer..

Essentially the toolbar at the bottom of the page disapears when i am on the internet - it stays there when i am on any other programme, just the internet (you know where the start icon, and websites tabs etc. are displayed).

It will reappear when i run my mouse down to where it should be, so it is not a major issue but it is really annoying me. I'm not used to it and thus can't stand it.

Any help on how to get it to stay put would be wonderful.

oh I do that all the time! and then proceed to press letters on the keyboard simultaneously until it somehow rights itself. :roll:

F11 - I shall try and remember that - thanks!
