As you posted in the B&A section would it be worth using the Before questions if you haven't self-injured yet or the After questions if you have to find out the feelings you are going through and how to work on them?
Otherwise if you would like more replies the main section called "Bodies Under Siege" would be a much more appropriate place for responses and help. Or "The Nest" is a great place for love and comfort and hugs.
Finally my quick advice is don't ever give up, there is so much to accomplish as bleak as things may seem from time to time. Find something to make yourself worthwhile and make yourself feel proud.
Take care and hope that helps
Jason

Hi,
I second what Chaocontrol6 said...
If you want to find the before or after questions they are stickified at the top of this forum. Or you can click HERE for before questions and HERE for after questions.
Don't give up!

I don't think you made a mistake... there's no rule that says you have to use the questions - they're just there to offer a structured way of thinking about your SI urge before or afterwards.
I hope you're feeling better now.
