can someone delet my old account compleatly?

can someone please delete my old account name (thunder_chey) http://buslist.org/phpBB/profile.php?mo ... ile&u=7920 as it has my city listed and i cant do anything to change it.

also i couldnt help but notice my place on that accound was never locked. im sure i asked for that to be taken care of but it never was. maby i forgot about that account
