  • have you taken care of your physical wounds? if not, go do that now. we'll wait.
    I did. :)
  • what had happened just before?
My friend had been annoying the living shit outta me. :)
  • what were you thinking and feeling?
"Ughh". Like when you're really annoyed?
  • why did you end up hurting yourself then instead of some other time? was there an event that was the final straw? what was it?
Erm, no final straw I don't think, although there was a lot of pressure with other thing's. Two thing's that really got me anxious today was my geography book & crap to do with the teacher, and I had a note that I had missed 3 clarinet lessons.. I'm gonna be so badly punished...
  • how did the situation get to the final straw stage? trace it back through the events that led up to the last event. look for some point at which you could have made a different decision and not arrived at the final straw.
I could have done the work I was supposed to, my friend could have admitted that she was god damned wrong (it was an argument over fact. good god, i hate it when people act all cocky & deny what they know to be true..)
  • were there outside factors like drugs, alsohol, being off your meds, lack of sleep, etc? can you address those in the future? how?
Hahaha. :o Sleep. I could probably try to motivate my mum to ACTUALY DO SOMETHING!
  • what other ways of coping did you try besides self-harm? how well did they work?
    I didn't. :)
  • in retrospect, are there coping methods that you now realize might have helped? what were they?
    Err, hitting my friend?
  • name at least two things you will do to help yourself remember those coping methods if you end up in this situation again.
My friend is being a defiant bitch and I know I'm right..
  • how do you feel about the situation that led to self-harm now? is it resolved? if not, what are some steps you might take toward resolution?
Fucking annoyed!!!!! I'm not going to do anything, I'm not I'm not I'm not. She's gonna do something first, how about admit she was wrong? :)

  • are you likely to be in that emotional place again? how will you recognize it when you're in that situation?
Er, no, because I'm not even gonna bother speaking to somebody like that.

  • what will you try before you resort to self-harm if you're in that situation again? list three specific things you will commit to trying.
    1. Not speaking to her
    2. Not speaking to her
    3. Hows about not speaking to her :)
don't worry if i'm not here - i come and go. :cowsleep:

Oh dear. You do seem rather angry.

Well, I'm sorry to hear about the slip. Stay strong!
