I didn't buy new blades today when I went shopping after obsessing over it since yesterday to buy them or not.

This sounds pathetic but..

I was really enjoying SI & had this really craving feeling like I had to keep doing it, but I stopped the SI immeadiately.

So I slipped, but I stopped myself within the slip.

Take care,
Annie.

I didn't work when I knew I couldn't, I stayed home and took it easy instead.

Im proud of myself because i delt with a stressfull situation in a mature and respectfull way, asked the right people for advice before reacting so I could deal in the more respectful way possible. I am proud also because I felt confidence and talked to my friend (who is my class group member) and told her the outcome of the situation wich made her feel better too.

Good job, Poya. :) It's hard isn't it?

Today I had a job as a candidman (photographer) at a tea party, and I made it though without breaking down at all, even though I was very upset. Half way though things got better and I had a wonderful time.

My voices kept whispering that they hated me, ect. and instead of sighing and saying "I know..." or getting angry and saying "Oh yeah, well, you think I don't hate you too?" I said "No you don't, you don't hate me. I'm real busy, I don't have time for you right now. We're going to be friends today. When my calender clears, I won't call you." I was firm but not angry, because I look weird when i'm angry at someone in my own head. And after a while they quieted down and I was alone again.
