tonight night i am feeling really urgey
and i want to get thru tonight becuse tomorrow will make 1 week for me
so i'm think if i can give myself something to look faward to it should be a little easyer to make it
Sometimes I feel like my sun as run away. Drifting from here to there and the feeling stays the same. The thoughts stay in my head and they always haunt me.......

have you tried looking at pelagic's list of rewards? maybe you could do one of them for yourself if you make it without si.

wow there is alot of pages and ideas to read lol
but my main trigger tonight was when my x just deside to show up at my house and bring up the past and all that trash
and it bought back all of the past how i felt then how i ended up letting her f' w/ me this isnt cool
