ODing...
Okay, I need some help...I keep ODing, and I can't seem to stop...I should be dead....I'm lucky I'm not though...last sunday night, something happened and I got extremly depressed...and I've been screwed all week...last night, it looked like it was just like sunday night...so I OD....triple the normal dosage I'm sorry....but how can I stop? How can I stop myself from ODing when the alternative is to go through a hellish night?

Are you in therapy? Can you ask your therapist to help you with some distress tolerance skills? It's really hard at first sitting with uncomfortable emotions, but the more you do it, the easier it becomes. It sounds like you need to learn some positive ways to sooth yourself and lessen the discomfort in addition to learning how to be uncomfortable without harming yourself. Good luck.

Have you sat and figured out what you are trying to get out of it? Look at some of the reasons why and there is a thread somewhere about ODing and peoples bad experiences with it.

OD'ing can really make your life a lot harder than it is now. So you get depression + being on dialysis and needing transplants.
