Although I took my tool to school (dam!) I was so proud that I had a good day and never even thought of looking at my tool or SI-ing at all. WOW that made the day feel so good :)

I'm working on homework and not procrastinating (well, most of the time...not all the time :D ).
The old grey donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the Forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?" and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?" and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about.

I actually did my AP Calculus homework.

I actually paid attention in class today.

I wrote out a new solo for one of our songs in Jazz band due to the fact I am not able to play the written solo.

I hardly focused on myself today!!

I haven't hurt myself today.
I was able to stop myself from yelling at a teacher.
I ran a mile on my treadmill instead of throwing up.
