I finally realised that I have one friend who really does care, knowing that he was there was enough to stop me.
Just let time tell the story, and act accordingly. (Phrase by myself)

I gave my tools away.
Last night I prayed and God gave me strength to not hunt down another knife or call my T out of bed for my tools.

Last time I wanted to SI, I didn't, because I knew when I had a big shiny 1 Week SI-Free badge the next day, it'd be all worth it. :) (Sorry, really tired, not sure if my grammer is well)

I took in a deep breath, half closed my eyes, looked away from the triggering book cover and picked up a new Anne Rice novel, which I shall start reading tonight :)
