:blush: I went and did groceries instead of talking myself out of it
:blush: I decided none would keep me from going out shopping today, not even me :tongue:
:blush: I checked the bus schedual so I was able to plan how long I had so I wouldnt miss the bus
:blush: I was able to get nearly everything I was looking for (couldnt find the poppy seed bagles)
:blush: I like that the weather is cool and overcast cause it was refreshing instead of melting hot.

I am learning to put my SI energy into other things, like today I cleaned the truck inside and out.
This weekend will be one month SI free and I am feeling good. :D
