new coping method!
hey, well today i was really stressed out. I left school early because i was nautious from worry and temptation. So while i was helping out my mom around the house, I started shreading paper. It took a lot of my anger under control. It helped with frustration, and being upset. It gave me something to occupy myself with, and after the fact I odly enough felt relief. This is just a thought to think about, hope it relieves at least a little something.

Awesome idea, and I can even do that at school and not feel bad, because there are now recycling boxes, so I could relieve my stress and at the same time recycle paper. Getting 2 birds with one stone indeed
