problem with profile

hello,

i've just edited my profile and now its telling me that it can't find the link to my avatar (the one that's in reserved 14). why is this? can it be fixed?

I do not know, but I will try to investigate. At least until a *real* computer person comes.

Hmm...when I look, it seems to be working for me...it is showing up by your name and in your profile...
(note, it is the little magnetic words, right?)

it happens when you try to update the avatar. isn't working for me either.

yes it shows up still, but when i try to add my yahoo address to my profile, it tells me that it can't link to it or any of them actually

i hope bus hasn't got a bug

Juding by twinkletears thread, the avatar filespace has probably gone down. This is something deb or mark will need to sort out.

It may take a bit for Deb or Mark to have time to do this...but we will make sure they know there is a problem to be looked at, ok?

i think something went boom the last time someone modified the folder. if it's saying that it can't be accessed, it probably went boom somehow, or the place it's resting on is poofing every so often.

i don't have privileges to look at it, nor do i have time to even if i did right now - but i think that's what's going on.

haven't heard anything yet from either...
while I know this is aggravating (especially if you found a really cool avatar you want to use), there really isn't anything we can do right now but keep waiting.

NOW I have an update!
One of the admins is in touch with Mark about the problem. Don't know how long it will take for him to find what is wrong and fix it, but...the process has started.
