I messed up

I had an account with the screen name Canulie and an email address of Canulie@hotmail.com. Other people haev access to this email account so I wanted to change it, when I changed it in my profile it said I was inactive and had to contact the bus forum administrator. I did not know how to do that , it wouldn't let me post anything or ask any questions, so I re-registered, but I want my old account back with the new email is there a way to do that please, being locked out almost felt like rejection...no it did feel like rejection. Please help me, i use this site alot!
