Two Weeks!

I've been two whole weeks SI free!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this
(coping, or under bodies under seige?)
but I have to get off the computer soon and
I'm just relieved I have completed two weeks.
(And now I'm insanely depressed over untimely
deaths and wish to SI tonight! BUT I WONT!)

Suppose if this IS the right place to post it,
I can mention the coping meathods I thought helpful...
*shrug* But, if I can do it, SO CAN YOU!

Hooray for your two weeks!! You should be very very proud. Sorry about the untimely deaths in your life, but I'm glad you are coping effectively. I hope your pain lessens so you can get some more badges. Again, good job :)

Well done. You know I always feel encouraged when I read posts like this. I'm sorry to hear you're going through a rough time, but good job on your use of coping skills.

Hey that's awesome, two weeks! That's a big hurdle!

Of course, I just slipped and SIed last night,
but whatever... O.o;;

Really good coping method:
Repeating to yourself over and over
(aloud) that you won't harm yourself
for one more day. It seems to get
into your subconscious after a while..
