I feel tired, but scared of the thoughts that I keep having when I try to sleep, so I'm distracting myself... which is making me more tired, of course :roll:

basically, I need some melatonin pills, but I can't find them... so I need to get some new ones, because I need to sleep without worrying about icky thoughts.
