I feel horrible. Today, started off good, for maybe 4 hours. I had a great morning. Then me and my boyfriend got in a fight, and I was really close to slipping, and I was home alone. Then 3 friends came down, and we went swimming, and that kept my mind off things, until I wanted to tell one of my closest friends, and best friends, and I cant get a hold of her. Like ,I only have her cell number, and I've called a million times.I'm really worried about her. I have a bad feeling. I'm really not feeling good, at all. Cutting would be great right now, but I'm resisting...For now...

I cry too much IRL. But I passed out today and hit my head and they think I have a concussion but I can't afford to go to the hospital, so I have to stay awake all night and then work tomorrow. And I really want to cry because it hurts really bad and I can't even lie down to rest my head and I'm so tired...
