My own piano lessons,
Playing the piano,
When my students smile and enjoy the lesson,
The sound of an orchestra, especially if I am playing in it,
My time spent with my siblings

sunny spring days
a finished knitting project
new beads from the Bead Box in Boone
In Which Something Oooh Occurred

And it felt like a winter machine that you go through and then you catch your breath and winter starts again, and everyone else was springbound. And when I chose to live, there was no joy, it's just a line I crossed. I wasn't worth the pain my death would cost, so I was not lost or found....But when you live in a world, well, it gets in to who you th ought you'd be. And now I laugh at how the world changed me. I think life chose me after all.

I work at a library. On weekends the childrens' section is absolutely packed with families of all kinds who come to read and spend time together. There was a mom there with three kids--two middle school age, one daughter about six. The two older kids had gone off by themselves and the mom and younger daughter were sitting in the childrens' section. They looked sort of "happy exhausted--" just worn out after a long day. As I walked past them while shelving books, I noticed that the little girl had fallen asleep in her mom's lap.

when I walked past them again fifteen minutes later, the mom was peacefully asleep too. :grnstar:

If you think outside the box there's no such thing as square one.

No matter which sleeve you wear your heart,
Whichever way you wear your crown,
Tomorrow is another day to turn it all around
I will stop when I'm ready I'll shown everyone my cards
But for now I'll keep on playing even when the game gets hard.
