Busmail Problems? Account Locked

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask, but is anyone having troubles with their busmail email account?

My email client (Eudora) fails when I try to download email, with the message "ERR Can't get lock. Mailbox in use".

I tried telnetting in manually via pop (port 110), and I get:

+OK POP3 busmail.org v2003.83 server ready
user emarkienna
+OK User name accepted, password please
pass [mypassword]
-ERR Can't get lock. Mailbox in use


Connection to host lost.

However, it works if I use the webmail interface, and also if I try to access it through http://mail2web.com .

Any ideas? Thankyous.

I also tried at work and have the same problem, so it doesn't seem to be specific to my machine or IP address...

I only access busmail through the web interface, so I'm not sure about downloading. Have you tried emailing Deb or Mark? llama@drizzle.com or mark@npsl.co.uk (from the main busmail page). They're the most likely to be able to help you.
