OFF topic... Computer crashed... how do I access hidden file

My computer is very strange atm, it reset to factory defult keeping every program i have ever installed but all the files are gone! Now when i start up my computer I see a picture that I took of my two cats but Icant find any of those picture files, mp3.s and word files...

How can I get them back please help!!!!!!!!!
