well i finaly no wt it is to be so depresed u cant cry

my feelings are locked up inside of me again where they belong and iv thrown away the key

i cant blame her 4 nt lovin me

im nt sure i wd if i met myself

my best friend is almost entirly keeping me goin now

i dont no wt happend

3 weeks ago i ws happy

and now

well

i dont no

reading this back 2 myself it sounds kinda disjointed and i apoloiges for that

im nt realy thinking stright

i need 2 stop dreaming

dose anyone no how 2 stop dreaming???

if so i realy need 2 no

my best freind sugested getting a dream catcher

anyone have any expreances with them

im a bit superstious

but im whiling 2 take a leap of faith at this point

i need 2 belive that somthing out there has the power to make me happy

besids her i mean

shes chosen to make sombody else happy

somebody who i see nerly everyday

sombody who is suposed 2 be my bestfreind

somebody who im tryin hard not to hate

but i have better freinds

my true bestfreind

the one i mestions earlyer





i dont no why im saying this

i just needed a place 2 get my feeling out

and i feel alot better

but i could use some help with dreams

Dreamcatchers are pretty, and I think they can help in a symbolic kind of way :)

Dreams are your mind's way of sorting through things that you're subconscious is thinking about. So getting rid of them by not sleeping and such isn't a good approach. My nightmares come and go. It's never constant.

Depression also comes and goes. Was there any particular reason you felt better 3 weeks ago?

Sometimes you do need a good cry. Got any soppy movies or sad poetry or old photos? Sometimes that helps me.

i feelt better 3 weeks ago because everything seemed 2 be gettin better

but it just got worse

my firend said about dream catchers

did it work 4 u??

Things will get better again.

It works if it makes you feel safer going to sleep - like something's protecting you. I don't know too much about the actual initial uses of it for native americans and if it worked, but what do you have to lose right?

You could make one maybe, it might make you feel better or distract you :)

thnx i might actualy get one because sleeping is something i realy h8 doin

i kinda dread the end of the day becasue i no when i go to sleep i kinda lose controle over wt my mind is thinking

my freind said she knows where i can get one so she'll take me after work expreance
