Coping Box

Post by Porcelain_Doll » Fri Mar 30, 2007 1:27 am

I wanted to make a coping box, but I have no idea what to put in it. I can't think of anything that makes me happy anymore other than a few books maybe. The only thing that seems to make things ok anymore is talking to my boyfriend or SI.

Well, for one, a note from your boyfriend with his phone number might help.

Also, activity kinds of things to keep you busy. Even if they don't "make things ok," they could buy you some time.

Maybe you could ask your boyfriend or a friend put some little surprise for you in there that they think you'd like? I often find other people know me better than myself. Plus, you'll know they were thinking of you when they got/made whatever they put in there.

:clover: good luck
