If you previously had posting access there, try pm'ing one of the mods for that forum, Smeagol, tattybluetrees or balletomane, who will hopefully be able to explain the reasons behind your discontinued access.
However i have a feelings it's more likely you didnt have access in the first place? If that's correct, that is because it is a usergroup and members have to apply for membership first. If you look at the top of the page on the right hand side (near to the log out button, and your pm inbox) there is a tab called 'usergroups'. It's in there where you can search for b&a and apply.
