hmm... I'm usually too tired to really know that I'm tired, but I got so much sleep last night that I completely recognize the sensation this time :yawn:

besides that -- pretty neutral. slightly: anxious, excited, bored, ... but pretty okay, which is strange for recent times... hehe

tired, anxious, worried, unsettled, guilty, a little ill, on the shaky side, shrinking skin... numbness, as if it's not my skin, but something contracting all over. my hands feel very far and weak. weak, yes, i feel that. embarrassed, controlling, self-conscious,. but mostly pretty exhausted, so I'll try the sleep method... it might override the anxiety.
