I promised my T to live another two weeks and gave her some tempting stuff to keep from me.

I haven't SIed in a while. Mostly because when I wanted to was before my dance performance and I didn't want anything new then and we wear white under our costumes and bleeding would be bad... but still :)

I had my Bible study even though I had a headache and I wasn't feeling that good.

Even though I was really triggered last night, I haven't hurt myself.

I ate a very healthy breakfast of oatmeal with ground flaxseed in it. Full of omega 3 and fibre!! Very good for your heart among other things! And I never used to eat breakfast! Or be healthy!

I'm proud because instead of staying alone in my appartement I went out to the restaurant and have a coffee with friends.

I'm proud of myself today because I thanked K for the letter she wrote me. I also talked about the retreat and was able to deal with the critisism and negative comments about my faith.
