i printed out the list of coping skills. it's great. i just wanted to know what coping skills you use that are most effective.

getting on BUS
playing with my chubby kitty or my guinea pigs
doing something artsey like beading stuff or making finger-weave bracelets
playing some cheesy video game like Mario Party :star:

staying in my safe place(away from anything sharp)
talking to a friend on the phone
and more just can't think of it right now...
