when i went to post something on WW, it gave me a choice to post it as a normal post or a sticky.. but it only happens in this forum. why is that? is it because it's a members only forum?

just wondering :)
not on BUS so much anymore- i do check PMs :)

The permissions can be set separately for each usergroup. I didn't know that everyone can make stickies on the Welcome Wagon, but it seems ok to me. Probably you can't do it on Workshop, PBH etc though -- like I said, each usergroup has it's own permissions.

If you see something that ought to be sticky, you can ask a mod for that forum or an admin if they will do it for you.
