I proud that I didnt flip out on a single person today... especially because I did not flip out on my Drama Coach.

I found out my friend is back in the psych ward and felt really anxious 'cause I worry about her but I was nice to myself and took out my anxiety on my squishy ball :)

I'm proud of myself today because I ate dinner under my own motivation and I didn't make myself throw up afterwards.
In Which Something Oooh Occurred

And it felt like a winter machine that you go through and then you catch your breath and winter starts again, and everyone else was springbound. And when I chose to live, there was no joy, it's just a line I crossed. I wasn't worth the pain my death would cost, so I was not lost or found....But when you live in a world, well, it gets in to who you th ought you'd be. And now I laugh at how the world changed me. I think life chose me after all.

well this is actually from yesterday...

i'm proud of myself for getting my essay finished, even though it was 10 days late and it wasn't very good i got it done and sent before getting a warning...

i'm also proud i went swimming... all alone in a public pool... i did 30 laps in 45 minutes which doesn't seem like much, but i can't help being proud...

TWO MONTHS!!
...then one day I realised that the people you see in waiting rooms and car parks and on trains are really far more interesting. That they all have whole novels inside them, a fabric of scar tissues, photos and memories. They are comedies and tragedies and - more often - both at the same time.

I am proud of myself today because I made myself leave the house, and because I managed to eat a small meal today and not make myself sick.

I'm proud of myself today, because I am going to therapy and group therapy even though I am terrified about going, I am going to push myself to go.

I'm proud of myself because I didn't punch my drama coach in the face, nor did I scream and yell at her.. like I wanted to.
