if we suspect someone to be a troll, what is the best way to deal with it? should we just tell an admin or what?

You can pm an admin if you wish. That would prolly be the more direct option

If you have access to the welcome wagon, there is a thread there about would be spammers and you can always post your concerns there.

with welcome wagon though, isn't there a chance the person you will accuse is a member and might get annoyed?

The "would-be spammers" thread is usually used for new registered users - and it's usually fairly obvious they're spammers

Otherwise, if you feel uncomfortable about it but still want to speak to someone - you know you can ask an admin
