Brilliant!

A friend of mine and I thought of a good coping skill when we were in the hospital together. It might sound stupid...but it helps...especially if you do it with a friend.

Shred up paper. Get old magazines and shredd it all up...it helps...it distracts you...esp. if you're with someone you can just talk to.

hope I helped a bit

"I know how you feel," said Sally to Jack under her breath, almost hoping he'd hear. But it was too late, lost in darkness, Jack was gone. Sally's Ragdoll heart melted, just as his was. A tear rolled down Sally's face.

It's really helpful! Sometimes then I take some elmer's glue and stick the shreds to paper and make a collage.

Def I used to find that really helpful, I used to shred the paper into words that was how I felt. Forgot about that one thanks!
