i feel hurt, upset, used, angry, stupid, betrayed, confused and humiliated...so on the whole, im not feeling too great :(

bored - though I have things to do
stupid - for hitting my head, cutting, and forgetting to take my meds
stressed - working on a paper for my grad class
lonely - haven't spoken to anyone today
upset - my therapist said she'd call today, but she didn't
thankful - that this site is here
angry and hurt - lost main support person
tired - all the time and about everything
confused - about what the future holds for me
