What specifically are you not coping with? Maybe you could write what your finding hard at the moment and we could see if we can suggest something to help you cope with your specific problems? :star:

oh hunni, im sorry uo're feeling this bad!!!

Coping is a strange thing. I also find it really hard sometimes, and I'm sure everyone does. Coping isn't easy, but i think the best thing to do is to try and distract yourself- I know it's hard, but try something. When I'm struggling I ride my bike down to the local park to shoot some hoops- it really clears my head.
I don't know if you like sports, but if not, then listen to/make music, draw, write stuff down, or just go outside and scream your head off (best to do in a quite, unpopulated area if pos.)

I hope things work out, but don't give up- i believe in you

*hugs* if ok?

Love T.U.

just want to say that sometimes i feel the same way,

what i recommend is making a coping bank this idea is from the something fishy website for eating disorders,

you take a small box or container, you decorate it, put little pieces of paper in it but you write coping alternatives, if you dont know how to cope or waht to do to cope you pick one alternative out of the box and do that and if it still doesnt work you take another one out keep doing this until you feel better.

i hope that this helps you,
it has helped me and believe me it does help, i have felt the same way as you

glad to hear that you found a box, you can look through the coping board for a lot of alternatives, i would check the post called whats your anti si it has alot of alternatives, and you can write them down on pieces of paper and put them in the box!
