Hi Ella.

Making it through the week is quite an accomplishment.

Have you found distractions helpful? It sounds as though something to take your mind off of cutting might give you some relief.

Maybe some of the emulating SI type things might help too. Like drawing on yourself, or running a red food color container over your skin. (there are some in the distractions thread in coping.) but be careful if you think they might be more triggering.

Maybe try reminding yourself of why you don't want to hurt yourself anymore. Make a list of the big reasons and the little ones. I find that it helps sometimes.

I know it's tough right now, but you've done really well. You should be proud of yourself for making it through a week SI free.

Take care of yourself.

thank you huni
i am proud of my self for noting doing it for neerly 3 weeks

i find drawing on my self triggering for some reason am not sure why that is
i will look at the coping thread and il becareful what am reading

yes distraction i find really helpful if i keep busy and not thinking about it so much but at the moment am finding it hard to keep my mind on the distractions and trying to think postively like i have in the last few week i seem to go on the negtive today

Ella x
