i never really understood why i si'd one day it seemed that i thought it would make me feel better and it did and now thats one of the only ways i seem to be able to cope with things u have tryed many things to stop but its very hard
My friend from my school has stopped for like 4 months now and is getting help and is telling her parents tonight but i cant do that and i feel so ashamed i dunno i just need some advice or anything . She told me this site helps!

I find sites like this help me. I'm a regular on some other forums for SI and they do help/supoprt me, and I help them as much as i can
