I'm 6 days si free but....

Post by Darkcaster » Wed Jan 11, 2006 11:32 pm

I have gone 6 days without commiting acts of self-harm. The urge this afternoon has come back. I feel like cutting all over again. I am alone for only a short period (thank god). I am going to tell my folks that I am feeling this way so they can at least offer something.

Tomorrow I will be alone for most of the day. I am afraid the urge may come back again. Can someone give me some coping mechanisms that will ward away these feelings?

Thanks,

Darkcaster

In the sourcebook section of this site, there are a lot of good threads about what to do instead of SI
