Hi everyone.

Ok well i had this thought which is probably a stupid idea but i thought i'd try it out. I hope this is the right place for this topic.

You write down what your mind is telling you, whether its good or bad and then you can put your feelings towards your thoughts and challenge them.

I just thought that this might work as everyones thoughts matter and the bad ones need to be defeated and shared and the good should be shared and allowed to grow. It might help to untangle all the thoughts in your head if you just write exactly what your mind is saying.

This is what my head is telling me right now:
Right now, I love you, life isnt great, far from it. To be honest, you've kind of messed some good stuff up again, but you know what? That happens, and now you're trying to do the right thing. Right now, you're coping in the healthiest, most useful way you know how. You're discussing it, thinking over it and taking your time. You're not beating yourself up about it, you're not letting me beat you up about it. And, right now, I love you for that.
Stuff with Tim got messed up, you just now need to be breave and tell him exactly how you feel, that you were just reaching out cause yesterday sucked. You have to. And, you know what, you'll feel great afterwards. You know you will. And with Ehren, just, go for it, what have you got to lose? You're 15! LIVE A LITTLE! You know how to stop life getting out of hand, so, do what your heart is telling you to do. Don't hold back, don't make decisions as if they're going to affect the rest fo your life. Not about Ehren and Tim anyway, just live life and have fun! You'll regret it if you dont.
Remember that I LOVE YOU SO SO MUCH. Because, Aly, you are a fantastic person. Whatever I sometimes tell you, however I sometimes try and make you feel, you are wonderful. And you should remember that, because it is o-so true. Just ask Gi or Hol or any number of other people!

Youre so stupid I hate you I hate you I hate you. I'm going to rip out all your hair and beat you up. I want you to hurt everyone wants you to hurt YOU DO EVERYTHING wrong. EVERYTHING. The only thing you do right is breathing, and people wish you did that wrong to.

What my mind is saying:
AManda you really need a break. You need to take some time off work and home and spend time away somewhere at the movies, take yourself to eat, buy yourself some nice bath soaps and take a rest ALONE. You need to be away from work and all these people who think you never do anything right. There must be something you do right.
