Well done, choosing a healthy drink!
I'm proud that I went out of my way to be nice to someone in the office who I argued with last week. We have to work together, and I wanted her to know there are no hard feelings.

Good for you for being okay and for taking good care of yourself! (that can be hard to do sometimes!)
I'm proud of myself for being so in touch with my emotions today. It really helps to come here and be able to express myself. I'ts like I'm starting to give myself permission to feel what I feel.

Good for you, Claire!
I am proud of myself tonight because I got insomnia, and instead of laying there suffering, I got up and cleaned the kitchen. At least I won't have to wake up to a mess!
