Right on! :prplol:

I'm proud of myself today because I was honest about something I usually hide which led to me getting some good insights and ideas for coping with bad feelings.

i'm proud of myself today...

1) i made some phone calls to the ppl who are still processing my loans (checked back on them)...this has been a very frustrating because i REALLY need my Finanical Aid

2) i went to my old job to REMIND some teachers and give them the forms, because they either lost or misplaced it, for them to write me letters of rec (i am in a grad program and accepted provisionally, and need all my stuff, just 2 letters more)....i also saw and talked to some of my students and staff...it made me smile :) i was happy to see them...they were happy to see me :)

3) i went to my PT job...2 hr tutoring, mainly helping one girl with algebra II

4) i exercised...did aerobics video

5) and last, i am attempting to do homework

Today I am proud of myself because I coded my ICT homework in HTML and learned how to put a new feature on my web pages through doing that.

Good job Collide and Shadowavenger! :D

Today I am proud of myself for going for
a walk to see all the beautiful trees and
leaves, even though my social phobia
was telling me I needed to stay inside
where things are safe :( .

I also "journaled" some by drawing
pictures of my feelings, my sadness,
my anger.

Oh! And I rescued a lost dog on my
walk. He was a young dog, a very sweet
german shepherd mix. Got him back
safely to his home.

Good for you, *Haven*! I know it can be
really hard to take a step like that sometimes :-?

I don't know if this exactly counts for being
proud, but I am feeling kinder toward myself
right now, because I had acted in a way I
wasn't proud of earlier today (and did not
totally understand) having a tantrum and
throwing a deck of cards across the room.
I don't usually do things like this...but I
just woke up sick and throwing up in the
middle of the night, and I think that has a
lot to do with why I did that.

Way to go, Kakalina! :1groupflip:

I'm proud of myself for not responding
impulsively to a response someone gave
me (that I had a mixed reaction to) this
morning on another list.

Good job, Collide! :D

I am proud of myself today because I stood
up for myself in a group when someone was
crossing my boundaries. She didn't really
listen, but I think I did a good job of stating
where I was coming from, and that felt good
to me rather than enduring that silently. And
I"m not pissed off now, and I know if I wouldn't
have spoken up for myself, I'd have brought
angry feelings home with me. So, YAY me!

up the movies, LIKE I SAID I WOULD to my son,
and I bought some yummy stuff for dinner.

I'm proud of myself today because:

:redstar: I woke up on time and didn't re-set the alarm.
:star: I made myself go to work, even though I wanted to call in sick.
:ylwstar: I ate most of my lunch that I packed, even though I wanted to eat nothing.
:grnstar: I didn't yell at a very rude customer.
:bluestar: I cleaned the apartment very well even though I wanted to curl up and sleep when I got home, instead.
:purpstar: So far, I haven't yelled at K even though he's not answering his cellphone and I have no idea where he is or what he's doing.

Proud,
Catrina

Good job, Balletomane! I know how much those little goals can mean sometimes...its a big deal to get up early, especially if it makes your whole day go smoother!

Love,
Poya

I am proud of myself today for having the courage to let out more of me...I'm so effing perfectionistic, I have hardly any room to breathe.

I'm proud of myself today because I had a packet of Emergency vitamin drink instead of coffee this morning. (I'm considering coffee now, tho!)
