Well if you are trying to quit, or have quit then every day that you don't SI is a good thing, eh? Plus it does seem that the less you do of a thing the easier it gets not to do it. And perhaps by tomorow the urges will pass.
Let me think about the people who I care about the most. And how when they fail or disappoint me, I still love them, I still give them chances, and I still see the best in them. Let me extend that generosity to myself.” — Ze Frank

does it matter whether or not *all* of you wants to quit?
although it'd be really really nice to simply have a day come when there's be no hesitation, doubts, fears, uncomfortable moments, urges, etcetc.... i don't think that's reality.
& really... i think there's a lot of stuff like that in day-to-day life. for most people jobs are required & it's not always something that's 'wanted'. errands. house cleaning. etcetc.
i think it ends up being a decision to act on the bit of you that does want to quit. when you can't see that bit then you act anyway. you hold to someone elses belief or your own determination.

Yea
Need to do what is good for us not just what we want.
I'm wanting perfection, at least wanting there to be no urges ever.
Do you think there will always be urges?
It's just a part of life? Like errands and such?

Makes sense to listen to the part of me that wants to quit and make it a conscious decision not to do it. :-? time for me to grow up, and face reality huh.

Thanks seriously I get stuck in this fantasy that everything good should come easy. It's probably farthest from the truth. I'd rather be in truth :)

i don't believe there will always be urges. granted like with most other stuff there are people who disagree with me.
for me though... overall urges have decreased. would babble on about actions/reinforcements & whatnot... but will spare you :) feeling a bit rambly atm.

*nods* that's one thing i dislike about bus. really about many people in general even off bus. but seems very concentrated on bus.
life is not fair. life is not easy. working through things takes a *lot* of hard work, time, & it hurts. yet often the really hard & painful things are necessary to get what you want out of life.

k wandering off to hush now
