Yes, it is actually very common.

I Have Cut:
-Idiot
-I Hate Me
-Alone
-Alex (into the sole "soul" of my foot)

Alex Has Cut:
-Stupid
-Damn
-Auddie (into the sole "soul" of his foot)

Lubko Cut:
-"Jen" into his arm.

And that is just at my school. It was indeed very common
