this is my 1st post on this board
just feeling frustrated i guess. for no apparent reason i just want to take my razor and slice up my arms. there's nothing that has really triggered me today, and i really have no reason to feel this way... it's rather irritating. *growls*
just thought i would post and get this off of my chest. now i must go to bed, but all replies would b GREATLY appreciated!

that does sound frustrating, to be triggered and not have any clear sense as to why.
maybe one way to get at this would be to ask yourself, how do you imagine you'll feel if you hurt yourself? how are you hoping you'll feel after doing it? how do you think it would make things different for you?
hope you get some sleep, and tomorrow is better.
