Giving in

Gave into temptation again, cutting, dont know how to stop becoming addictive

what are you willing to do in order to stop? what have you tried so far?

I know how you feel. I cut last night in the shower, because the urge was there and I couldn't stop! I didn't want too, but I gave into tempation.

My therapist recommened calling a friend and talking about my feelings... That is just as hard though.

Are you seeing anyone to help you develop coping skills?

It's hard and can only be taken one day at a time.

Just remember, when you fall, a hand will always be extended to help you back up .... :P
