Thanks for much faster 'edits'
Well - title said it all - but in view of the flak you guys were getting (yes, from me too ) - whatever you've done to bus in the past few days has meant that edits get passed through even quicker than 'submits'. For which, given my previous reasons as someone who posts first, thinks later - just thanks very much, you have made my life a much easier place to be!!!

the only problem is that we've lost the capability to do text searches on anything posted before thursday or so. the reason it took so long before was the slow, painful way php and mysql work together to do searches. now the data for the last million or so posts isn't there anymore, so it's a lot faster.
