maybe this is your body telling you to face up to what your feeling? and deal with it directly? rather than making it go away?

Or else, take this as a new chance to learn a better way to cope with things?

Well, you’re gonna have to curse him, well you’re gonna have to yell.
The sky and I, we’ve had our fights and I’m coming round to rain,
Well, if the rain come round and it don’t come out, then I’ll never have to speak again,

Maybe it's about time I did. Face up to things I mean.

How are you gonna do that?
And what are you gonna do with how it could make you feel? What's your safety plan?

well for one thing I'm gonna take things REALLY slowly. my main aim at the moment is sleep more, stop drugs, drink less, cut out dairy products (i suspect i'm lactose intolerant and that that is causing a great deal of my sluggishness). plus i have realised that a great deal of my depression is probably down to boredom, so i need to improve my life. so hopefully things will improve from there.
