I journal a lot to help me get through tough times and figure things out. I came across this website tonight and I've already found it to be helpful. I don't know if it's been posted on Bus before or not, but I figured I'd go ahead and share it with you all.

yeah i also journal every day to vent my feelings or to express how i feel i also draw in my journal and stuff and i write poetry too and it really helps out alot . i dont know what i would do without journaling i would go insane
