i've been trying so hard to get better, and to do my coursework, and to be happy, but it just doesn't work. i feel like i'm completely hollow. i'm too empty to even be sad, and i just don't know what to do. i hate feeling like this. can anyone give me some idea of how to feel better? or at least how to feel something? i just can't go on like this.

This isn't something I highly recommend, and I try to avoid using it unless I feel I must for some reason...

But I will often look for things online that I know push my buttons. Things that make me mad (political ranting forums are great for that) or things that would normally make me cry (angst fanfic involving deaths/other unsavories, usually).

It can snap me out of the nothingness, but it's pretty extreme and can backfire in a big way if I'm not extremely careful afterwards.... Which is why it's not something I recommend. I just don't know any other ways for when things get really bad :-?

i wish i knew what to say except that i know the feeling i know how you are feeling sweetie and im sorry that you feel like this i dont have any uselful advice for what you are going through cause im going through the same thing right now you can pm me any time you want to im willing to listen to you . i just want to say that iknow how you are feeling. the same thing is happening to me at the moment
