who do i contact about adding my avatar?

i emailed my avatar to the email addy that is given in another post but i still havent heard anything...it is an avatar of the flying WV...the symbol for the Mountaineers of West Virginia University...i have it saved on my computer...can anyone help me?

contact twitter mouse for more details. there are also the stickies on avatars here in administrivia and i think on main.
